Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ready-to-ship item, we’re here to help under the following guidelines:

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry & In-Stock Loose Diamonds

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery (U.S. orders only).

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all original documentation (e.g., diamond certificates, appraisals).

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

  • Missing documents will incur a $150 replacement fee per item.

  • We offer free return shipping labels for eligible U.S. returns — just reach out to request one.

Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order jewelry

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Special order loose diamonds

Order Cancellations

  • Once production has started, custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, we’ll refund the amount paid minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return authorization.

  2. Carefully package the item in original condition with all documentation.

  3. Use the prepaid label (for U.S. orders) to ship it back to us.

  4. Once received and verified, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

How to Package Your Return

Step 1: Use the original ring box and double-box for added protection.
Step 2: Wrap jewelry securely inside the inner box.
Step 3: Seal the outer box and attach the provided return label.
Step 4: Drop off the package at an official carrier location (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
