All sales are FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has manufacturing defects. Exchanges can only be done 14 days after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All CUSTOM ORDERED/PERSONALIZED items are FINAL sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns for loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
