Shipping & Delivery

Every order is prepared and delivered with care.

Fully Insured: Every shipment is fully insured with UPS or DHL.

Tracking: Emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Adult Signature: Required on every delivery, for your protection.

Missed Deliveries: If a package comes back after failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility.

Address Changes: We cannot change the address once a package ships. Please double check it at checkout.

In-stock jewelry: ships in 1 to 3 days, then 1 to 2 days U.S. shipping. Custom pieces: 6 to 8 weeks to make, then 1 to 2 days U.S. shipping. International: add 3 to 8 days shipping instead.
