JM Care Plan covers the care and maintenance of your jewelry or watch to keep it in like-new condition as well as protecting against accidental damage. It offers you coverage beyond a typical manufacturer warranty.

How to get coverage:

  • Online: Select the tier plan that matches the item you wish to purchase extended care for.
  • In-store: Our staff will assist in adding this to your order.
  • Please note, the JM Care Plan must be purchased before the item leaves the store.
