Once your piece is complete, we will email or text you with tracking information. 
  • A signature from an adult (21+) will be required upon delivery.
  • Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts.
  • We can ship to any permanent address including your workplace.
  • We cannot ship to hotels, non-permanent addresses, or P.O. boxes.
  • Please contact us if you need to reroute or change the delivery address.
  • All packages are fully insured.
  • UPS and FedEx are currently operating as normal, but please be advised that delays are possible

Domestic (U.S.):

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $500
  • We ship via UPS or FedEx 2-Day for orders over $500
  • Order under $500 will be charged a shipping fee
  • You have the option to upgrade shipping to Overnight for $65


  • We ship through DHL Express to a limited number of countries see list here.
  • International clients are responsible for all shipping and all customs charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. 
  • The client is responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT, and you may need to pay for shipping charges again if the package is returned.
