Orders for in-stock pieces are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom and made-to-order pieces typically require 6 to 8 weeks for production. Each product page includes specific timing details for that item.

Rush Orders
Need your piece sooner? We may be able to help! Please email us at contact@princessbridediamonds.com to inquire about rush production options. Please note that shipping speed does not reduce production time.

Missed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, the purchaser is responsible for any re-shipping or return costs.

Shipping Address Changes
