Lifetime Warranty:

All engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewelry purchased from us are covered by our lifetime service warranty. This includes:

  • Free cleanings and check-ups
  • Prong re-tightening
  • Coverage for manufacturing defects
  • One free polishing or rhodium plating within the first year of purchase
  • One free sizing within the first year of purchase
Warranty Limitations:

While our warranty provides extensive coverage, there are some limitations to be aware of:

  • Normal wear and tear are not covered.
  • Repairs conducted by another jeweler void the warranty.
  • Loss of center stones or stones valued at $500 or more is not covered.
  • Complete loss or theft of the ring is not covered for replacement.
  • Shipping costs for domestic U.S. customers are the responsibility of the buyer, while international clients are responsible for all shipping costs and applicable duty or VAT taxes.
Additional Care Options:

For added peace of mind, we offer two additional care options:

  1. JM Lifetime Care Plan: This plan provides comprehensive coverage for repairs, including the replacement of lost side diamonds, resizing, polishing, and more. Pricing varies based on the item's value.
  2. Jeweler's Mutual Insurance: Protect your jewelry against loss, theft, and damage with Jeweler's Mutual Insurance. This yearly subscription service covers the replacement of your ring and includes worldwide travel protection.
