- MADE-TO-ORDER: Custom rings built to your vision, about 6 to 8 weeks.
- FINE JEWELRY: Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and bands for every day.
SHIPPING
- In-stock items ship in 1 to 3 business days.
- Custom pieces take about 6 to 8 weeks to make, then ship.
- Every shipment is fully insured.
- An adult signature is required at delivery.
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- International orders: duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Ready-to-ship jewelry and in-stock loose diamonds: 14 days to return or exchange (U.S. orders).
- Custom, made-to-order, engraved, resized, and special-order pieces: final sale.

REPAIRS & RESIZING
- Repairs: stone tightening, prong work, restoration, and more.
- Resizing: available for most rings.

JEWELRY CARE
- Free professional cleaning and checkup anytime. We recommend every 6 months.
- At home: mild soap, warm water, soft brush.
- Store pieces separately so they do not scratch.
