Our Story

Princess Bride Diamonds is a family-owned jewelry company rooted in craftsmanship, dedication, and tradition.

Founded by Transito “Tito” Baca (pictured left) and Lisa Baca (pictured right), our story began in the early 1980s when Tito first started selling jewelry at the La Mirada Swap Meet. Lisa, originally from Cambodia, grew up immersed in the jewelry industry, learning the craft through her family’s business.

During the Khmer Rouge regime, Lisa and her family were forced to flee Cambodia. After rebuilding their lives in Los Angeles, they reestablished their jewelry business in the LA Jewelry District, continuing a legacy of craftsmanship and resilience.

Tito and Lisa met while working within LA’s jewelry scene. Lisa was a vendor in the Jewelry District, and Tito was transitioning from swap meets to operating a kiosk at Stonewood Mall. Together, they combined their expertise, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit to open Goldmine Jewelers in 1992, followed by the launch of Princess Bride Diamonds in 2006.

What began as a small family business has grown into a trusted name in fine jewelry. Today, Princess Bride Diamonds proudly serves generations of clients locally in Huntington Beach and worldwide through our online store.

Our Vision

We believe jewelry should be more than just an accessory—it should be a daily reminder of love, celebration, and life’s most meaningful moments.

Our mission is to craft high-quality fine jewelry that’s made to be worn every day, not just for special occasions. We provide a welcoming, no-pressure experience where you can feel confident asking questions, exploring styles, and making decisions that feel right for you.

Whether you're designing a custom engagement ring or picking out a gift, our team is here to educate, empower, and guide you every step of the way.

What We Value

Family, Craftsmanship, and Personalization are at the heart of everything we do.

As a multi-generational family business, we understand that jewelry carries deep meaning. From engagement rings to anniversary pieces to custom heirlooms, we treat every piece with care and respect, just like we would for our own family.

Instant Classics, Made for Everyday.

Thank you for trusting us with your most treasured moments. We can’t wait to be a part of your journey.
