At Princess Bride Diamonds, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below you'll find an overview of our shipping and processing policies:

Processing Time:

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Production typically takes 6-8 weeks.

Rush Orders:

If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us directly to discuss potential options. Please note that selecting expedited shipping will not speed up the production time.

Shipping Notification:

Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

Delivery Requirements:

A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely. If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping costs will be the purchaser's responsibility.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and VAT, which are typically collected by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) upon delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ready-to-ship item, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry & In-Stock Loose Diamonds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders only.
  • All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include all original documentation, such as diamond certificates and appraisals.
    Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
  • $150 document replacement fee will apply for any missing certificates or essential paperwork.
  • We offer free return shipping labels for eligible domestic returns upon request.

Made-to-Order & Special Orders

All made-to-order, custom-ordered, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Made-to-Order Jewelry

  • Special Order Loose Diamonds

Order Cancellations

  • Once production has begun, orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will refund the amount paid, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred during processing.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@princessbridediamonds.com and we will discuss your options and assist you with the process.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label (for domestic orders).

  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

How to Package Your Return

  • Step 1: Acquire the Right Boxes
    Use the original ring box and double-box the item for protection during shipping.
  • Step 2: Pack Your Jewelry
    Wrap the jewelry securely and place it inside the inner box.
  • Step 3: Seal and Label
    Use strong tape to seal the outer box and clearly attach the return shipping label.
  • Step 4: Drop Off at an Official Location
    Drop the package off at an authorized shipping center (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
