All rings include fully insured two-day shipping. Once your ring is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.In-Store Pick-Up:
For in-store pick-up, simply bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Your ring will be ready for collection at our store.

- Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.
