Please securely package your jewelry to prevent movement or damage during transit. We recommend placing the item in its original jewelry box, then placing that box inside a padded shipping box.

Returns must be dropped off at an official UPS or FedEx location. Please do not use third-party shipping stores, drop boxes, or authorized retailers, as these locations may not properly scan or accept insured shipments.
You will need two Express boxes to properly package your return, one small box and one medium box. All returns must be double boxed for insurance coverage to remain valid.
Free Express boxes are available directly from UPS or FedEx retail locations at no charge. Simply ask for a small and medium Express box at the counter.
