Moissanite Guide
Moissanite, being approximately 10% less dense than a diamond, has a slightly lower weight for the same size. To provide an easier comparison to diamonds, we use a Diamond Equivalent Weight (DEW) when describing our moissanite gems.
Charles & Colvard
- Availabe only in standard sizes
- Most brilliant moissanite and has the most "rainbow" fire effect
- More expensive than Harro Gem
Harro Gem
- Available in more custom measurements similar to diamond proportions
- Less refractive and can seem more diamond like, but slightly hazier
- Less expensive than C&C
