Daily Wear

Put jewelry on last when getting ready and remove it first at the end of the day. Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, exercising, showering, swimming, or performing activities that may cause impact, pressure, or exposure to chemicals.

Stone & Material Care

Some gemstones and materials require extra attention:

  Pearls are delicate and should be kept away from perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and moisture.

  Opals and other porous or delicate gemstones are sensitive to heat, chemicals, and impact.
  
• 
  Diamonds and sapphires are durable but can still loosen with impact and should be inspected periodically.
  

For delicate or porous stones such as pearls, opals, and similar gemstones, do not soak your jewelry during cleaning. Always clean gently and ensure the piece is completely dry before wearing or storing.

Chains & Lightweight Jewelry

• 
  Herringbone chains are extremely delicate and must always be laid flat. They should never be bent, twisted, stacked, hung, or layered. Kinking is permanent and not repairable.

  Hollow or semi-hollow jewelry is lightweight by design and should never be stacked or placed under pressure. Once dented or crushed, these pieces cannot be repaired.
  

Cleaning & Maintenance

Jewelry may appear dull over time due to buildup from lotions, soaps, makeup, sunscreen, and natural oils. Remove jewelry before applying products and avoid touching stones directly when possible.

At-home cleaning may be done using warm water, mild dish soap with a degreaser, and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Complimentary professional cleanings, inspections, and prong retightening are available for life.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box compartment to prevent scratching, tangling, or pressure damage.

Production Time

Made-to-order and custom pieces require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production before shipment. Production timelines are listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fully insured shipping via trusted carriers.
• Adult signature required on all deliveries.
• Tracking details are emailed once your piece is ready to ship.
• Shipping address changes are not permitted after shipment.
  

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available upon request. Please email contact@princessbridediamonds.com before purchasing. Shipping speed does not reduce production time.

International Orders

• International shipping is available to select countries.
• Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import fees collected upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders only.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original documentation included, such as diamond certificates and appraisals. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Missing documentation will result in a $150 replacement fee per item.
