• Diamonds and sapphires are durable but can still loosen with impact and should be inspected periodically.
  

For delicate or porous stones such as pearls, opals, and similar gemstones, do not soak your jewelry during cleaning. Always clean gently and ensure the piece is completely dry before wearing or storing.

Chains & Lightweight Jewelry

• Herringbone chains are extremely delicate and must always be laid flat. They should never be bent, twisted, stacked, hung, or layered. Kinking is permanent and not repairable.
  
• Hollow or semi-hollow jewelry is lightweight by design and should never be stacked or placed under pressure. Once dented or crushed, these pieces cannot be repaired.
  

Cleaning & Maintenance

Jewelry may appear dull over time due to buildup from lotions, soaps, makeup, sunscreen, and natural oils. Remove jewelry before applying products and avoid touching stones directly when possible.

At-home cleaning may be done using warm water, mild dish soap with a degreaser, and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
