We then provide a custom curated list of diamonds that more closely align with your specifications. This tailored list ensures that each option presented moves you closer to finding your ideal diamond.
*Special Note for Lab Diamond Inquiries:
We recommend responding as soon as possible once you receive your list of lab diamond options to ensure the best chance of securing the diamond you wish to see. Lab diamonds are in high demand and move quickly; sometimes, if clients take a week or two to respond, the diamonds may no longer be available—they might not even be available the next day! The optimal timeframe to get back to us is as soon as possible, ideally before 12 PM PST, so we can have the best chance of securing your stone for you. -
To assist in your decision-making process, we offer to bring in up to two diamond options for you to view at no additional cost. You can select two options from the curated list we provide. This allows you to view the diamonds in person. If you are working with us remotely, we can provide detailed photos and videos of these options.
Typical Timeframe for Keeping Stones In-Store for Viewing:
- Gemstones: 5 business days
- Lab Diamonds: 2-3 business days
- Natural Diamonds: 3 business days
-
If you wish to explore further, additional diamonds can be brought in for a fee of $100 per lab-grown diamond and $150 per natural diamond. This fee will be credited towards the final purchase of the diamond you select. Please note that the fee applies only to the diamond that is ultimately selected. For example, if a client chooses to bring in three more options for a total fee of $300, only $100 will be applied to the specific diamond that is purchased.
