Our jewelers inspect every prong, stone and setting under magnification.

Prong tightening
Loose prongs are retightened on the spot. Most visits take just a few minutes; heavily worn pieces may need a little longer.

Something feel off?
Feel something loose or moving? Hear a clicking sound? Hit your ring harder than usual? Come in anytime. Catching a loose prong early is the best way to prevent a lost stone.

Is cleaning really free?
Yes. Cleanings, checkups and prong tightening are always free for jewelry purchased from Princess Bride Diamonds.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Just come in during open hours. Most cleanings take only a few minutes.
How long does it take?
Usually just a few minutes while you wait. Heavily worn pieces may take a little longer.
What if something needs repair?
We'll show you what we found and give you a quote before any repair work. Repairs are done in house by our master jewelers.
I live out of state. What can I do?
Any local jeweler can clean and check your ring. If something needs repair, text or email us and we'll help you figure out the best next step.
