Processing Time:

  • In-stock Items: Processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Made to Order: Production is estimated to take 6-8 weeks. Please check individual product pages for specific production timings.
  • Rush Orders: For rush orders, please get in touch with us at contact@princessbridediamonds.com to discuss possibilities. Please note that the shipping method does not affect production time.

Shipping:

  • Notification: Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
  • Delivery: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.
  • Failed Deliveries: The purchaser is responsible for the costs of returned packages due to failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address provided, recipient unavailable).

Average Shipping Times (Processing times still apply):

  • FedEx 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • FedEx Overnight: Next business day delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • DHL International: Delivery within 3-8 business days for international orders, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Orders:

  • Duties/VAT: Duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL upon delivery.
  • Unpaid Duties/VAT: Princess Bride Diamonds is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duties or VAT.
