Role Overview:
As a Jewelry Specialist, you'll:

Assist clients in creating custom engagement rings and selecting fine jewelry pieces.

Provide personalized service, understanding each client's unique preferences.

Educate clients about diamonds, jewelry trends, and designs to help them make informed decisions.

Deliver exceptional shopping experiences both in-store and online.

Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Handle all aspects of the sales process, including accurate payment transactions.

Stay updated on industry trends to better serve our clients.
Qualifications:

Passion for learning—no prior jewelry experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation and Benefits:
