    All rings include fully insured two-day shipping. Once your ring is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.

    In-Store Pick-Up:
    For in-store pick-up, simply bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Your ring will be ready for collection at our store.

  • Enjoy the convenience of immediate pick-up or delivery. Each ring is pre-selected for you by our team of experts to meet our rigorous standards.

    • Stock size items: Ready for immediate shipping or pickup.
    • Other sizes: Additional 1-3 days processing time for sizing.
    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.
