They were happy to walk us through different designs, carat sizes, clarity, and color, which really helped us feel confident and informed. I loved the experience so much that I went back again because I hadn’t taken any pictures the first time. Even without an appointment, we were still warmly welcomed and fully taken care of.

At that time Jackie was very friendly and helpful to show us styles and actually showed us a unique diamond cut that my girlfriend fell in love with. After visiting a few jewelers in OC for my Fiance’s engagement ring, a friend highly recommended PBD as they had nothing but great things to say about them. My Fiance and I decided to book a consultation with them to look at rings and we were blown away by how great the experience was, they took their time to walk us through and explain in detail the several gradings/options/settings they had. We decided on going with PBD for 3 main reasons: their prices were extremely competitive, the customer service was exceptional and having a Jeweler locally in case we needed servicing convinced us to go with PBD.
