Can I add the plan later?
The plan must be purchased with your jewelry, at checkout online or before it leaves our store.
How do I use my plan?
Text or email us with your receipt. We'll book a same-day repair appointment or send a free insured shipping label.
Can I transfer the plan?
Yes. If your piece is a gift, the plan can be transferred to the recipient within 180 days.
Do I need regular checkups?
Yes, routine inspections keep your coverage active, and they're free at our showroom.
Can I cancel the plan?
All care plans are final sale.
