Solid Gold Ring Care

Solid gold rings are designed for everyday wear and require minimal maintenance. Over time, they will naturally develop surface scratches and light marks from normal use. This is expected and similar to how fine leather shows wear over time. These marks are cosmetic only and do not affect the integrity of the ring.

Normal Wear & Appearance

Scratches and light surface wear will occur with daily use. This is a natural characteristic of solid gold and does not impact durability or longevity.

Polishing

Professional polishing can remove surface scratches and restore a smooth finish. We recommend polishing no more than once per year. Polishing removes a micro-thin layer of gold to reveal fresh metal beneath. Excessive polishing can result in unnecessary material loss over time.

Care Tips

Remove your ring during activities that may cause excessive impact, pressure, or abrasion, such as heavy lifting or workouts. Store your ring separately when not worn to minimize additional scratching.

Production Time

Made-to-order plain gold rings are crafted to order and typically require 1 to 2 weeks to complete before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Adult signature required on all deliveries.
• Tracking details are emailed once your ring is ready to ship.

Made-to-Order Returns & Cancellations

All made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you based on your selected specifications. Because of their custom nature, made-to-order jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
