Band Ring Care Guide

Band rings are designed to be worn daily, but care requirements vary depending on the style and setting.

Floating Diamond & Single-Prong Styles

Bands with floating diamonds or single-prong settings require extra care. These designs use minimal metal to achieve a delicate look, which makes them more vulnerable to impact and loosening. Regular inspections are essential, and extra caution should be taken during daily wear.

Pavé Diamond Bands

Pavé bands require moderate care. Due to the number of small diamonds and prongs, we recommend professional inspections approximately every six months to ensure stones remain secure.

Inlay & Bezel-Set Diamond Bands

Bands with inlay diamonds or bezel-set stones offer the highest level of security. These settings fully or partially surround the stones with metal and are less prone to loosening. Annual inspections are typically sufficient.

Plain & High-Polish Bands

Plain polished bands require minimal maintenance and follow the same care as solid gold rings. Light scratches will develop over time from normal wear and are cosmetic only. Professional polishing may be done to refresh the finish, and we recommend polishing no more than once per year to avoid unnecessary metal loss.

Important Care Notice

If you notice any stone movement, looseness, damage, or a missing stone, stop wearing the ring immediately and bring it in for evaluation and repair. Continuing to wear a compromised ring increases the risk of stone loss or further damage.

Complimentary cleanings, inspections, and prong retightening are always available.

Production Time

Made-to-order and custom pieces require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production before shipment. Production timelines are listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fully insured shipping via trusted carriers.
• Adult signature required on all deliveries.
• Tracking details are emailed once your piece is ready to ship.
• Shipping address changes are not permitted after shipment.
  

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available upon request. Please email contact@princessbridediamonds.com before purchasing. Shipping speed does not reduce production time.

International Orders

• International shipping is available to select countries.
• Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import fees collected upon delivery.

Made-to-Order Returns & Cancellations

All made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you based on your selected specifications. Because of their custom nature, made-to-order jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
