Step 1: Acquire the Right Boxes

• For your return shipment, it is essential to use a double-boxing method with courier-specific express boxes.
• You can reuse the boxes your item originally shipped in, provided they are still in good condition (no tears, rips, or holes).
• If you no longer have the original shipping boxes or if they are not in good condition, you can obtain new boxes for free by visiting any official UPS or FedEx location.
• Ask specifically for express boxes in small and medium sizes. These boxes are provided by FedEx and UPS at no cost, eliminating the need to purchase shipping boxes.

Step 2: Packing Your Jewelry

• Inner Box: Place your jewelry in its original jewelry box, then place this box inside its original small express box or a new one. If the original box is not available or is damaged, use a new small express box. This setup—the jewelry box within the express box—will provide the first layer of protection against damage.
• Outer Box: Place the small box inside a medium-sized express box. Fill any empty space with additional cushioning materials such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to prevent the inner box from moving during shipment.

Step 3: Seal and Label

• Carefully seal the outer box with strong packing tape, ensuring all seams and edges are securely taped to prevent the box from opening during transit.
• Attach the shipping label, which you can purchase from us, to the top of the outer box.
• Ensure that the label is visible and that any old labels on the box are removed or completely obscured.

Step 4: Drop Off at an Official Location

• Once your package is ready, take it to an official UPS or FedEx center for shipping. Please do not use third-party courier services as this could affect the insurance coverage and security of your returned item.
• Do not give the package to "authorized" third-party affiliates of the carrier.
