At that time Jackie was very friendly and helpful to show us styles and actually showed us a unique diamond cut that my girlfriend fell in love with. Finally I knew I was ready to propose so a few months ago I reached out to Jackie about getting the ring made and she was very helpful to get the ring process started since it was a custom ring. The whole experience of getting an engagement ring from looking, to ordering, and picking up was great and fun! I finally proposed and she said yes! After visiting a few jewelers in OC for my Fiance’s engagement ring, a friend highly recommended PBD as they had nothing but great things to say about them. My Fiance and I decided to book a consultation with them to look at rings and we were blown away by how great the experience was, they took their time to walk us through and explain in detail the several gradings/options/settings they had. We decided on going with PBD for 3 main reasons: their prices were extremely competitive, the customer service was exceptional and having a Jeweler locally in case we needed servicing convinced us to go with PBD. We’ve made several visits from the engagement ring to wedding bands and each time the customer service has been a 10/10. Between Cody, Parker, Sarah, Chloe and Regan, we’ve always felt that they wanted us to feel 1000% satisfied with every choice and the rings have been the easiest part of wedding planning. They go above and beyond and will be getting all of our future jewelry business needs.
