Daily Wear

Put your ring on last when getting ready and remove it first at the end of the day. Avoid wearing your ring while sleeping, exercising, cleaning, cooking, or doing activities that may cause impact or pressure on the setting.

Keep It Clean

Diamonds and gemstones can appear dull over time due to everyday buildup from lotions, soaps, makeup, and natural oils. We recommend removing your ring before applying products and bringing it in regularly for professional cleaning. Complimentary cleanings and inspections are included for life.

Protect the Setting

Check your ring periodically for loose stones or prongs. If anything feels loose or looks damaged, stop wearing the ring and bring it in immediately for inspection and repair.

Storage

When not wearing your ring, store it in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratching or damage.

Shipping & Processing (Made-to-Order Jewelry)

Production Time

Made-to-order and custom pieces require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production before shipment. Production timelines are listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fully insured shipping via trusted carriers.
• Adult signature required on all deliveries.
• Tracking details are emailed once your piece is ready to ship.
• Shipping address changes are not permitted after shipment.
  

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available upon request. Please email contact@princessbridediamonds.com before purchasing. Shipping speed does not reduce production time.

International Orders

• International shipping is available to select countries.
• Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import fees collected upon delivery.

Made-to-Order Returns & Cancellations

All made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you based on your selected specifications. Because of their custom nature, made-to-order jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Available in-store and online. Requires a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due within 90 days. Merchandise is released once paid in full. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
