Ready-to-Ship Jewelry Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.

Restocking Fees:

  • Unaltered Items for Exchange: No restocking fee will be assessed for exchange.
  • Altered Items for Exchange: A fee will be assessed for applicable alterations.
  • Unaltered Items for Refund: A 5% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.
  • Altered Items for Refund: A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.

Alterations include any changes made to the item's original design, such as sizing adjustments, plating, and other modifications.

In-Stock Inventory Loose Diamonds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition. All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents. You will receive a refund for the purchase price, less a $90 fee to cover shipping costs. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note that all international orders are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

All made-to-order, custom-ordered, and personalized items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions or concerns about customizing a piece before placing an order.

Special Order Loose Diamonds

All special order diamonds are FINAL SALE.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Will I be refunded for my canceled order?

Your refund will be processed according to our ready-to-ship and made-to-order policies listed above. Canceled ready-to-ship items may still incur a fee depending on the process, e.g., if modifications have already been made. Made-to-order items are final sale.
