• Complimentary professional cleanings and inspections are included for life.

Protect the Setting

• Periodically check your ring for loose stones or prongs.
• If anything feels loose or appears damaged, stop wearing the ring and bring it in immediately for inspection and repair.

Storage

• When not wearing your ring, store it in its original box or a soft pouch.
• Proper storage helps prevent scratching, impact, or unnecessary wear.

Our Standard Size

Most of our RTS engagement rings are stocked in US size 6, the average ring size for women in the U.S.

Sizing Policy

• All RTS orders include one free resizing within the first year of purchase.
• Choosing a non-stock size at checkout?
  That will use your free resize.
• Ordering the default size 6?
  You’ll still have one free resizing available, just book it within the first year.
• Need more than 2 sizes up or down?
  Additional charges may apply depending on the setting.

Our Recommendation

If you're not 100% sure of her ring size, we highly recommend ordering the default size 6 and using your free resizing after the proposal.

Shipping & Processing

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

• Adult signature is required on all deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders only.
• International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.
• All original documentation must be included, such as diamond certificates and appraisals.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
• Missing documentation will incur a $150 replacement fee per item.
