Shipping
- Notification: Email sent with tracking information once the piece is complete.
- Delivery: Requires signature upon delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: Costs for returned packages due to failed deliveries are the purchaser's responsibility.

- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days, excludes weekends and holidays.
- FedEx Overnight: Next business day, excludes weekends and holidays.
- DHL International: 3-8 business days, excludes weekends and holidays.
International Orders
- Duties/VAT: Responsibility of the purchaser, collected by FedEx or DHL.
- Unpaid Duties/VAT: Princess Bride Diamonds not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duties or VAT.

Ready-to-Ship Item Returns
- Returns accepted for 14 days
- Items must be in new, unused condition.
- Free return shipping is provided.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
- All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.
Exceptions: All international orders are final.
Made-to-Order Item Returns
- All made-to-order, custom-ordered, and personalized items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We encourage customers to contact us with any questions or concerns about customizing a piece before placing an order.

- Included Services: Free cleanings, check-ups, prong re-tightening for the lifetime of the piece.
- Manufacturing Defects: Covered.
- First Year Perks: One free polishing/rhodium plating, one free sizing.
- Recommendation: For wear and tear or loss, consider insurance or our Jewelry Care Plan.
Limitations:
Wear and Tear: Not covered. Repairs at additional cost.
Third-party Repairs: Voids warranty, but we can still assist with repairs.
Stone Loss: Not covered for center stones or stones valued at $500+.
Ring Replacement: Not covered for lost/stolen rings.
Shipping Costs: Domestic U.S. clients responsible; International clients cover all shipping, duties, VAT taxes.
