COVID-19 Updates

May 6th, 2020 Update

We will be having a soft opening on May 11, 2020, allowing 4 clients in the store at a time. To accommodate and make sure everyone gets enough care and attention we will be doing appointments only. If a time slot is taken that you would like to book please text us or email us to double check if we have more room to fit you in at that time. If you have a pick-up for a repair or order, and have been texted that it is ready, you may come by anytime during our open hours.

April 15th, 2020 Update

Due to the 50% rise in the price of gold, all of our gold pieces will be re-adjusted accordingly to the new price.

Next Tuesday April 21st, all of our gold rings and jewelry that are made to order will reflect a 15% increase for the higher cost of material.

This will be the last week the prices of our rings will be at the lower gold price.

We will re-adjust in the future depending on the price of gold.

Loose diamonds, moissanites, gemstones, and platinum will not be effected in the price increase.

April 14th, 2020 Update

We are hoping to fully re-open May 15, but of course this can always change depending on when it is safe.
Ready to Ship - We are still shipping out within 2-3 business days
Orders Placed in February - Will be finished towards end of April to beginning of May
Orders Placed in March - Will be finished towards the end of April to the mid/late June
Orders Placed in April will be finished at the end of June to middle of July
Future Made to Order - With current restrictions there will be about an 8 weeks production time from when your new order is placed.

March 24, 2020 Update

Hello Everyone!

We hope you are all safe and healthy during this time! Due to the evolving situation here in our home state of California we have new updates to our production timelines for our customers.

The health and safety of our team and customers are our top priority, and starting today March 24th, our production factory in LA will need to close. We are projecting our factory to be able to open again in April, but we will have a more clear reopening date as we go into the future.

Our onsite jeweler will still be able to work safely in isolation, focusing on repairs, and center stone installations.

What does this mean for your made-to-order piece currently in place?

This means we will need to stop production for the time being, and will continue once it is safe for our production team to go back to work. We apologize for the delay this will cause for your order, but you will still have your spot in line saved once we begin production again. We will check through each order to see if we have an in-stock ring that will be able to fulfill your order. If we have a ring in-stock that will work, you will have the option to go with our in-stock ring or you may choose to wait for your order being made. For questions about the status of your specific order please contact us by texting or emailing us.

What if I want a piece as quickly as possible?

We have a large selection of ready-to-wear rings, open settings we can put together, and fine jewelry. Our ready-to-wear engagement rings are already put together with a center stone, and just need to be shipped to you. Our open settings just need to be put together by our master jeweler with one of our loose center stones. If you have an inquiry about a certain style being in stock and what available diamonds, moissanite, or gemstones are available for it, please text or email us, and we will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect center stone.

What if I would like to place a new order?

To help support our small business we encourage you to keep placing your orders through us. If we have the piece of fine jewelry or ring model in stock you would like to purchase, along with the correct center stone, we can have your ring ready in a matter of days. If we don’t have the ring in-stock then placing your order will secure your next spot in line for when production begins again. March 21, 2020 Update

Hello everyone!

We hope you are all doing your best to adjust to the recent changes in our community regarding COVID-19. This is an unfortunate time, but we all need to stick together. California has announced a statewide β€œstay at home,” order, and, we will be taking the necessary steps to do our part in keeping our community safe. Starting Saturday, March 21st, we will be closing our showroom as an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

This being said, please don't worry!

Our jewelry design experts will continue to work remotely, providing help with custom designs, center stone information, and answering any questions you may have.
