Processing Time:
  • In-stock Items: We process in-stock items within 1-3 business days.
  • Made to Order: Made-to-order items typically require an estimated 6-8 weeks for production. Please refer to individual product pages for specific production timings.
  • Rush Orders: For rush orders, please email us at contact@princessbridediamonds.com to inquire about possibilities. Please note that the chosen shipping method does not affect production time.
Shipping Process:
  • Notification: Once your piece is complete, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
  • Delivery: To ensure the security of your package, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Failed Deliveries: Costs incurred due to returned packages resulting from failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Average Shipping Times (Processing times still apply):
  • FedEx 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • FedEx Overnight: Next business day delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • DHL International: International delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
International Orders:
  • Duties/VAT: Duties and VAT charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL upon delivery.
  • Unpaid Duties/VAT: Princess Bride Diamonds cannot be held responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duties or VAT charges.
